The double room is bright and neat. the bathroom looks nice. - Its location near the Green Gallery restaurant is marvellous and lovely. - Furthermore, it's a short walk to the downtown area and Yangon within 2 days.

all in all great value. fresh made options for breakfast with good coffee, fruit, juice. central location, characterful base for discovering yangon.

The staff was excellent and efficient and made us feel comfortable. The room was freshly cleaned with breakfast and the overall experience was really really nice! The breakfasts were fresh with the room's rate also special and western options and good coffee and excellent service.

Early risers will appreciate the 5.00am breakfast option offered here. the service is top-notch, you'll feel well taken care of 😊.

Located in a stunning spot, right in the center. the double room we stayed in was bright and had a clean bathroom. It had a comfy double bed and a hot shower just like they said it would. 🌟

The hotel is centrally located near the Green Gallery restaurant. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had excellent amenities like AC. The service provided was excellent. I had a great time and would definitely want to stay in this area again.

The hotel is fairly clean. the rooms have air conditioning. - the location is absolutely perfect, especially for dining at the Green Gallery restaurant. - the rooms have fans and very good bedding. - the staff are knowledgeable and flexible, from receptionists to breakfast servers to bellboys.

Comfortable and Convenient: The bed & breakfast provided a cozy room with a spacious seating area, making me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot Yangon weather.

The delicious breakfast was served promptly at 5.00am. the room was comfortable and had a nice bathtub. the location of the hotel was very central, which was convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying there again.

The staff here are absolutely incredible - so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. They made our stay unforgettable! The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food, especially the curry and vegetables. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions and with cheap taxi fares. The included breakfast is fantastic, and the free wifi is a bonus. we felt at home here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yangon!

Friendly staff, fluent in English, located downtown, within walking distance of Sule Pagoda. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Spacious, clean dorm with convenient amenities. Delicious and generous breakfast portions. A great place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this bed & breakfast. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The single room with a private bathroom was excellent value for the price. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. It had all the necessary amenities, including an air conditioner, fan, and a well-equipped bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel's generator was a lifesaver during power outages. The WiFi was reliable, and despite being on a busy street, my room was surprisingly quiet. The dining room was lovely, with large tables and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection was delicious, especially the American breakfast. I felt right at home during my stay.
